29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sensationelle Lage zwischen Brela und Baska Voda. Man ist nach wenigen Stufen im Meer. Zorana und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und draußen 2 Terrassen und ein paar Stufen weiter einen Pool. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem Notwendigen sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Negative: Es gibt keine Beanstandungen.

Everything was fine, the owner was helpful and nice, the accommodation is in a beautiful location, close to everything - to the center of Brela and Baška Voda. I would like to visit there again sometime.

We had a lovely stay; we were warmly welcomed by Zorana and her husband Rafa, the owners. Villa Zorana perfectly matched our expectations; 20 m from the sea, surrounded by lush vegetation, birdsong and squirrels!! Tip: enjoy the deckchairs by the pool after swimming in the sea. I've been coming to Brela for over 40 years and I'm still not disappointed.

ViIla Zorana is the house / large apartment at the side of Villa Amari . We Spent 7 lovely days at Villa Zorana - the house is very big , upstairs has a master bedroom en suite with a dressing area and terrace , the other 2 bedrooms are doubles ( tho one does not have air con ) and a family bathroom. The downstairs has a huge kitchen / living area and toilet and a spacious outside terrace .The house is a 5 min walk to Brela with the lovely serviced beach of Soline , the town has plenty of nice restaurants ( we liked Nautica and Arca - and Bracera in Baska Vida definitely worth visiting ). One of the highlights for us is that just a couple of metres in front of the house there is direct access to the sea - great for early morning or late evening swims . Zorana herself lives on site and was there to greet us even tho we arrived at midnight and she was available at any stage if needed. I would recommend this house and its great host without any hesitation, thanks
