49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, alle Möbel sehr bequem. Modern und genau so wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft! Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und haben uns sogar mit unser Wäsche geholfen, wir können einen Urlaub hier mit ganzem Herzen empfehlen!

We had a truly wonderful stay in this apartment in Brela. The location is great — close to everything you need. There’s a supermarket nearby, and the sea is accessible via stairs. The apartment itself was very clean and well-kept. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. We traveled with a small baby and the hosts took care of everything we needed — a high chair, crib, blender for preparing baby food. There’s also convenient parking available, and the view from the window is simply unforgettable. To this day, we still dream about coming back and staying in the same apartment again. We 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung ein großes Plus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, neuwertig und komplett ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das naheliegende Meer war ein Traum. Nachts konnte man sogar das Meeresrauschen hören. Das Frühstück auf der überdachten Terasse mit Meerblick war das Highligt am Morgen. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischen Backwaren war in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, außerdem sind gute Restaurants in kurzer Entfernung gelegen. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haus und waren stets für Fragen erreichbar. Es wurde auch immer nachgefragt, ob wir was benötigen (frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche, usw.). Wir fühlten uns in jeder Hinsicht wohl und gut aufgehoben. Der Strand und die Promenade (alles sehr sauber und friedvoll) waren über eine Treppe (200 Stufen) schnell und problemlos erreichbar. Lange Spaziergänge mit herrlichen Ausblicken waren direkt von der Wohnung aus möglich. Weiterempfehlung 100%.
