49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

The accommodation is an entire property located on a hillside. Access to the property is via a staircase down. The garden is well kept and the property is beautifully landscaped. The house is two level. The lower floor has a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom, the pool is also on the floor. On the upper floor, there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a larger bedroom with bathroom. To get from top to bottom, you have to go outside, where you pass the barbecue corner with another dining table. The view is magnificent and there are no other houses nearby. The operator maintains the pool, which is also very nice! In addition, he came by during our stay (registered) to clean up the property after a storm with the leaf blower. The gentleman was also at the check-in/check-out on site and is a super nice guy! Overall really great!

We had a wonderful week at Ivo's house. He personally greeted us and gave us many tips for excursions and restaurants. The view is really as beautiful as in the photos and the pool is great! Makarska offers many shopping opportunities and has a very good location to explore the beautiful area.

Our stay at this villa in Makarska was simply perfect. The views were absolutely unforgettable – waking up to the mountains on one side and the sea on the other felt like a dream. Every detail in the villa was beautifully designed and fully equipped, so all facilities and comforts were completely taken care of – from the pool and kitchen to outdoor spaces and privacy. We had an excellent time relaxing, exploring, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location was ideal, the service was great, and everything exceeded our expectations. We truly didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back again!

Just fabulous!! We had a wonderful stay. The view is amazing! It is recommended to have a car, because the location is very high up on the mountain. We were very happy to have rented one! The host was always available and was super warm and accommodating! The house was clean and had a large kitchen with everything you need. The host even prepared a little something to welcome us. Cheese and ham and homemade bread awaited us 🩷 It was beautiful and we will come back 🩷🩷🩷

We had a lovely stay in the Villa. The view was amazing and set in peaceful surroundings. Villa was very clean and tidy. Ivo is a really great host, friendly, always responsive and very knowledgeable of area.
