49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Wonderful vacation for a big family – 5 kids and 5 adults, including three grandparents! The pool was amazing, with clean water. The entire house is new, well-maintained, and super well-equipped. We recommend bringing your own smart TV stick if you can’t part with your favorite shows – the house TV doesn’t have smart features. The air conditioning worked perfectly – everything was in great order. We relaxed, took in the beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, and grilled every day. There was lots of space, the AC kept things cool during hot afternoons, and the beds were huge and comfy. We definitely recommend this place – and we’ll be back!
