49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated, everything you need is inside. It has 6 bathrooms, each room has its own private one, which is a great solution. The vehicle to the house is steep, but a 9-seater bus can enter. The shop and restaurant are about 7 minutes' walk away, the descent to the water is about 9 minutes away, and there is a beach bar and water attractions nearby.

We were a group of 5 friends and we would always come back to this beautiful villa! We liked the pool, the hot tub and the proximity to the beach best. We enjoyed our summer evenings on the terrace. There is a lot to do in the area, zip lining, quad biking, jet skiing or exploring the beautiful cities of Omis and Makarska. Ena, our hostess, was super friendly and always quickly available, thank you for everything! Only the driveway by car is already very narrow but doable ;)

We had a great stay! The host welcomed us very kindly and made us feel at home right away. Communication was excellent — we could message her anytime if we needed anything, and she always responded very quickly. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Overall, it was a top experience and we would definitely recommend it!
