49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Large and clean house and property. Very hospitable hosts. 4 clean bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Full kitchen. Outdoor area is very large. Sports field, pool and sauna all great. Sweet and loving neighbor's cat just wants to run into the house and close the doors. But it can also be easily carried out.

This house is perfect for a stay with family or friends thanks to its many rooms and possible activities: billiards, swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, table tennis or the room dedicated to the barbecue. The view from the house is also sublime. Finally, the host, Ivan, is very friendly and is available. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Delić! The accommodation is ideal if you want to escape the stress of everyday life and simply unwind. The surroundings are quiet and close to nature – perfect for relaxing. We particularly liked that the house is family-friendly. Everything was clean and well organized, you feel right at home. If you are looking for relaxation and nature, this is the case.

Absolument tout, l’emplacement, les paysages, la maison en elle même et ses équipements. Negative: Rien, mis à part qu’on ne souhaite plus repartir et que ça a mis la barre très haut pour nos futures location !

We had a wonderful week with my group of friends in Croatia. The villa was so complete, we loved everything: the tennis court, the pool, the sauna etc Everyone was able to appreciate each part of the villa during the week. The hosts were responsive and very friendly. The villa is located 1 hour from Split and we were able to visit Omiš, Trogir and many other nearby cities. The beaches are not very far either. Thank you for everything!
