49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Impressive stay! 🏡 A cozy modern retreat nestled in an authentic Croatian hamlet, just 10–15 minutes from Makarska’s beaches and shopping center. The house looks exactly like the photos: spotless, well designed, and very fully equipped (all you need, like at your own home) – even a waffle maker! Firm and very comfy beds ensure peaceful nights in a very quiet place day/night. With 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sofa bed if needed, it’s great for 1-2–3 couples. Topići’s charm is real: stone alleys, pine scents, and views of the Adriatic 🌊. In 5 minutes by car (3 parking spots by the terrace), you reach Baška Voda, its lovely harbor, and… our host’s amazing restaurant 🍽️ – a must for croatian and international dinner with a view. 5-star welcome: smooth and friendly communication, stocked fridge, fresh flowers, and amazing responsiveness throughout our stay. Verdict: the perfect blend of comfort and Dalmatian authenticity – we’d love to come back at this very place every year!

The house is absolutely amazing! The view, surrounding nature and the pool all added to the great experience. We were warmly welcomed by the host who made sure the pool is warmed up, the house is all ready for guests and even greeted us with some food. The host was really helpful throughout the whole stay and made us feel taken care of.
